From the first moment they showed us some examples of their floor plans, I was completely sold.  I had no idea the build process could be such a wonderful experience.  We were able to give input every step of the way.  MAG took the time and patience to walk us first-time homebuilders through the process, and provided nothing but a smooth experience.  We were amazed at the speed with which our questions, e-mails and inquiries were answered…often times within the hour they were sent.  MAG met all of their deadlines, and never left us wondering what the next step would be.  We were promised a finish date, and MAG actually had our home completed before the deadline.

When we first came from the east coast to Denver looking for houses, there was one builder whose product stood out in our minds both in quality and style – MAG Builders.

We have never owned a house before, let alone built one, so we were quite concerned whether we could trust any builder to build a house, especially since we were not going to be local to inspect the construction.  When we met with Mike Griger and Mike Moylen, our fears were alleviated and we now understood why we were amazed by the quality of their product.  They were genuine and down-to-earth with good Midwestern values.  They delivered on their promises and worked with us from across the country to customize our house just like we wanted it, and within budget.

And they didn’t disappear after the closing.  A month after we moved in, they scheduled a 30-day walk through to develop a punchlist of items that need to be fixed, and scheduled time to make the repairs.  They also schedule an 11-month walk through.

We were also shocked to receive an invitation to MAG Builders Buyers Appreciation party.  What other builder is confident enough in their product that they gather all of their buyers together in one room at the same time to thank them.  That’s a testament to their values.

Dean and I met with many builders for our duplex project and were extremely pleased that we picked MAG Builders.  Their unique style and upscale design was exactly what we were looking for - we didn't have to upgrade anything! The project was done within an amazing 6 month timeline and each stage was done with minimum direction on our part, thanks to the very capable site coordinators and experienced subcontractors, all of which do an extremely professional job and are proud of their work, and the end result if beautiful! 

MAG uses only the best professional, upgraded appliances and fixtures, making our job very easy - we were able to focus on tile, colors and materials of our own choice which personalized the home, and MAG helped us with ensuring that these choices were carried out. 

We would definitely use MAG Builders again if we have a future project and highly recommend them for their many, upgraded, beautiful "Mountain Meets Modern" design.
